These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Ghoongroo ("the App"), an iOS application developed by Anushka Sharma ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

By accessing or using Ghoongroo, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to consent to these Terms), have read and understood this agreement, and agree to be legally bound by it.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

The App and all of its contents — including but not limited to software code, design, graphics, animations, text, audio recordings, taal beat patterns, Kathak element descriptions, Grace Score Engine algorithms, and branding — are the exclusive intellectual property of the Developer and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Your use of Ghoongroo is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms will govern with respect to App Store usage. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.

The Kathak learning content, pose feedback, and Grace Score results provided by the App are intended for educational and practice assistance purposes only. They are not a substitute for instruction from a qualified Kathak guru or dance teacher.

7. Health & Physical Activity Notice

Kathak dance is a physical activity. Before using the App's Practice feature, please ensure you are physically capable of performing the movements involved. The App's AI guidance does not constitute medical or physiotherapy advice.

The Developer is not responsible for any physical injury, strain, or harm that may result from practicing dance movements using the App. Always warm up before practice and consult a healthcare professional if you have any pre-existing physical conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

9. Updates & Modifications

The Developer reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any provision herein. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of it from your devices.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Developer with respect to your use of the App, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
